Our Founder Victorious Served in the US Military as a Marine Corps Engineer during operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring freedom. After being honorably discharged he went on to pursue a degree Real Estate and relocated to Arizona with his family. While in Arizona Victorious had a chance to experience a booming Real Estate market and had the opportunity to work along side a thriving company involved in residential development where he gained knowledge of large scale housing projects.
Victorious moved back to San Diego a couple years later, where he was originally born and raised to pursue knowledge of Business and Entrepreneurship, while studying at Devry University School of Business and University of Phoenix he gained knowledge on how to build and manage a business.
Shortly after Victorious decided to take on an opportunity to learn first hand how a business is developed from the ground up while working with an associate to help grow a successful insurance business. Victorious extensive knowledge of Insurance allowed him to help many families in identifying risks in their lives and assisted them in protecting against those risks by guiding them on obtaining proper insurance solutions. The knowledge gained in helping grow an insurance business helped him understand clients, home insurance, and community needs.
After his journey as an Insurance Agent, Victorious decided to continue to pursue his true passion in Real Estate and helped successfully manage over 1000 Luxury apartment home throughout the San Diego Area where he learned valuable skills in the residential real estate rental market as well as learning to manage various projects within multi-family communities.
Victorious has gained professional skills throughout his Business career including extensive knowledge of business, community, and fair housing. Victorious served as a Realtor in San Diego, CA with EXP Realty, providing residential real estate services and pursuing his goals of creating long lasting business relationships by helping his community find their dream homes and achieve their real estate and business goals.
Although Victorious's journey as a business student and entrepreneur has not always been smooth sailing, he continues to succeed in everything he puts his mind to by believing in discipline, personal development, accountability, tenacity, dedication, strong will, and his faith in God.
Victorious enjoys exploring different neighborhoods and meeting new people. He enjoys spending time with his family and his children. While not working Victorious is periodically working on several different projects of personal growth and continues to work on improving his health, physical fitness, and overall wellbeing of his family and community.
Victorious likes to workout at the gym, go swimming and take long walks at the beach. He enjoys nature very much and explores local mountain trails, beach trails, and other outdoor recreations. Victorious likes to help others in anyway he can, including supporting local business owners with consultation services and connecting with local community leaders to inspire "new politics".
